The concept and creation of Phylida St Ongé, a licenced real estate agent of almost 30 years. Phylida bought her first home in 1978 and has since bought, sold and managed hundreds of properties for investors and vendors.
Over the years and long before she started her career in real estate she saw first hand the failings and shortcomings of the real estate industry. This would explain Phylida’s motivation to strive for levels of excellence that reach far beyond and result in success, both personal and for her clients; she has been an owner, landlord, buyer and tenant. So when you appoint Phylida to care for your valuable asset you know you have a woman who understands the ins and outs of property and all it entails to have it performing at its best for you.
Phylida and her team are specialists in both property rental management and property sales. They have recently been awarded a certificate from Terri Scheer Insurance for their outstanding risk management procedures over the last three years, resulting in a low loss ratio of 0%.

Phylida’s career in real estate started in 1989, in Ashgrove with Peter D’arcy (now of D’arcy Real Estate). After a short time she established herself as one of the top agents in the inner city suburbs and went on to become co-principal of the Professionals Toowong, a large inner city agency. Awards in both sales and marketing became fast proof of Phylida’s property instincts. A natural people person, she enjoys what she does and thrives on a challenge. Seven years ago phylida opened Our House Prestige Property Management and sales a boutique real estate agency dedicated to looking after people and their properties.
