Once we receive applications on your property ... 

  • We undertake TICA - Tenancy Information Centre of Australia, employment, past letting history, proof of ability to meet rental payments and reference checks on all applicants

  • You will be given the opportunity to approve or reject any applicant

  • All required documents under the legislation will be prepared and signed and a copy of the Lease Agreement will be forwarded to you for your records.

  • We will arrange lodgement of security bonds with the Residential Tenancies Authority


Management Of Your Property

And now that the tenant has been placed ... 

  • We will collect the rent and deposit electronically into your bank account on a monthly basis and send you a fully detailed statement

  • We can pay any accounts, rates or insurance as directed by you

  • Routine inspections will be carried out on your property and a detailed report with photos will be sent to you

  • We will arrange any emergency or general maintenance repairs through our team of qualified trades people

  • We will negotiate lease renewals and give you updates on rental market trends

  • Daily prompt attention to tenants in arrears

  • Tax time is easy. The End of Financial Year Statements detailing income and expenditure for the year will be forwarded to you within 1st week in July
